Athlete Holistic Performance Program

Alchemy Athlete Mentorship

This program is for athletes who want to perform at their highest level while developing the habits, confidence, and resilience that last far beyond the game. It’s designed for athletes ready to grow consistently, break free from unhelpful patterns, and build a strong foundation for long-term success—on and off the field. Through a holistic approach to performance and wellness, athletes learn to train smarter, recover fully, manage stress, and strengthen both their body and mind, creating lasting results that support peak performance and overall well-being.

Athlete Intake Form

Athletes will work 1:1 with me to:

  • Build a strong foundation in health, performance, and mindset
  • Learn how to properly fuel their body for focus, energy, performance, and recovery
  • Strengthen confidence, self-talk, and focus under pressure
  • Train smarter to prevent injuries and prepare their bodies for success
  • Break through mental and physical blocks with clear strategies and accountability
  • Use breathwork and visualization to calm nerves, recover faster, and think clearly

Virtual Zoom sessions

Sessions are held virtually for flexibility and convenience, with scheduling tailored to fit your needs. When necessary, in-person meetings can also be arranged to support your progress.
